5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription plan, you own the rights to the images generated through your use of the Service. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

Our Property: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Orior AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orior AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

Repeat Infringers: We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
